img_missionOUR STRATEGY: Stockreporter.de looks to identify companies in their infancy that may not yet have analyst coverage and, in some cases, are not known to Wall Street money managers and institutions. Companies are profiled on this website on a periodic basis. The featured companies will typically have a market capitalization of less than US$500 million and will typically trade on the NASDAQ, NASDAQ Small Cap, OTC Bulletin Board or CDNX. While Stockreporter.de does not necessarily target any particular sector, each of the companies featured on our website shares one or more of the following characteristics:

  • a strong management team;
  • strong growth rates;
  • a new idea or new acquisition;
  • a proprietary technology, patent or service;
  • a new alliance or strategic relationship(s).

What makes Stockreporter.de unique is that you, the investor, can interact with the featured company. This website is your direct link to management. Our state-of-the-art technology will allow our members to ask questions via e-mail directly to a company’s management. We attempt to have periodic web simulcasts of audio conference calls during which management provides responses to your questions. The management interview or conference call is then archived and available on the website for you to hear at your convenience.
